CHILDREN'S ADVOCATE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION
I WILL ADVOCATE FOR YOU
WHAT I DO
As a former public school collaborative teacher with extensive Special Education experience, my expertise supports parents when learning, instruction, and or academic success becomes an issue. I believe if your child has EQUAL ACCESS TO EDUCATION this will not only benefit your child but the entire community. I am convinced the key to effective educational programs for children with disabilities is collaboration-as-by parents and educators. I am a veteran of hundreds of IEP meetings and understand complicated Special Education BUREAUCRACY. The Special Education process consists of many steps, complicated paperwork, and intimidating procedures. Parents often face a situation in which emotions run high and large teams of school officials outnumber parents at IEP/504 meetings. I will work hard as a vessel collaborating with school districts ensuring appropriate services are provided to meet your child’s unique needs.
I will SPEAK for you.
I will FIGHT for you.
So that one day you can do it for yourself
